About Personalized Nursing Light House

    Sub Acute Detox for Men (2015) & Women (2013)
    Day Treatment: 5 days per week, 4.5 hours per day.
    Intensive Outpatient Programs with Domicile (IOPD - PNLH was a Pioneer in developing this level of care in the early 1990's).
    Enhanced Outpatient Programs with and without Domicile (PNLH, a leader in developing this level of care in 2006).
    Peer to Peer Recovery Coaches (One of the first in southeastern Michigan to offer this service).
    Short Term Residential (Gender specific): Services: 24 hour supervision for less than 28 days in length (beginning October 2009 for females, February 2015 for men).  These are gender specific,       trauma focused programs.
   

Case Management:                                                              

    Strength based, client focused case management services both for PNLH funded clients and across the provider network for select treatment centers funded by DWMHA & Oakland County.
    Partial Hospitalization:  6 hours per day, 5 days per week of clinical groups and individual treatment.
    Clinical assessments:
    2 hour clinical assessment completed by masters prepared clinicians assessing for SA and MH related issues.
    Alumni support groups (monthly):
    All alumni are welcomed to a monthly support group facilitated by a PNLH therapist
    Drivers License Appeals:
        Assessment and written report for persons seeking their license renewals
       Suboxone detoxification services
        Provided by PNLH's physicians.
        Recovery orientated trainings/seminars
        One to 3 day seminars for persons in the early stages of change.
