About Acadiana CARES
The mission of Acadiana CARES is to address the issues and problems associated with the HIV/AIDS pandemic and to provide education and services for the purposes of HIV prevention and the cares those living with and affected by HIV/AIDS. At AcadianaCares, we support the most vulnerable members of our community - those affected by HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, poverty, and homelessness - as they seek to live healthier lives. We maintain a campus with onsite programs and services, including substance abuse treatment, housing, and individualized case management. We also connect our clients to external financial, medical and social resources.
