The Beaches Recovery mission is to help individuals overcome alcohol and chemical dependency, along with co-occurring disorders through strengthening their physical, spiritual and mental health in a warm and welcoming recovery community. Grounded in progressive and evidence-based client care programs, we provide the full continuum of care through a comprehensive, holistic system of psychiatric services, individualized therapy, family therapy, education, and the development of healthy lifestyle skills. As mentioned above, we use a wide variety of treatments. We have found that the best approach to recovery is to employ both evidence-based treatment as well as holistic methods. The two together give people a strong foundation for full person healing: mind, body and spirit. Chemical dependency isn't easy to overcome, but when people have the tools they need to get sober and stay that way, they can live an enjoyable life in sobriety.
